Sore, sore...and sore.

School was easy...:)
Then came home and did some homework, then had track practice from 4:30-6:00....let me just say
W O R S T PRACTICE E V E R. :(
I'm still sore....ahhh :?$&%^?B^&
We had to run 2 laps for warm up...(easy) then we got broken up into groups [distance, mid-distance, another mid-distance and sprints.]
 I, of course....was is in the distance group....-_-
Sprinters had to run 5 100m dashes......so easy
First group of mid-distances had to run 5 200m dashes in a row.
the 2nd group of mid-distance had to run 5 300m dashes in a row...
and then my group, had to run 5 400m dashes in a row.
It doesn't seem to bad....but trust me, running five 400m dashes at a rate of about 1:31 (not my fastest....obvs.) wears you out... terribly.
your legs feel like jello, you can't feel your butt, you can barley breath, and your stomach and sides hurt so bad....
Lol, well anyways, then came home and took a bath, blasted some music, used my bath salts, did some homework in the bath xD And had some lemonade and nutter butters....i'm to cool...(;
Then finished up my homework, and painted my nails a really pretty coral color :D
I'm so happy it's spring :] I love the weather, and everythang like that :D
So I'm pretty sure thats all (:
And back to track, when I said we got put into groups...blahblahblah...i realize a 400 isn't *distance* but when you run 5 of them in a row...ya you get the point:p *lawls*

  2. lol,sucks for you, try walking 36 holes of golf WALKING its not running but the clubs start to weigh alot, and u start to get blisters on your hands xD, not the best but its fun.
